Orders & Shipping
All orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time are shipped the next business day.
For mainland Portugal, delivery takes 24-48 business hours after dispatch. For other destinations, please see our shipping page.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 for mainland Portugal.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, yes! To change your shipping information, simply send an email to encomendas@leonardos.pt, including your order number and the new address.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes, you can exchange it for a different size or item within 15 days of receiving it.
We accept returns up to 15 days after receiving your order.
Simply contact us through the exchanges/returns form and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
Yes, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item.
Products & Sizes
We provide measurements for each product, and you can always contact us for advice.
It depends on the collection; some are restocked, and some are exclusive limited editions. You can always set an alert when they are restocked.
Yes, the physical store always has new items that may not be available online.

We accept MB Way, Multibanco Reference, Credit Card and PayPal.
Yes, all transactions are processed in an encrypted and secure manner.
No, each order must be paid for using a single method.
Physical Store
Yes, you can choose the "In-store pickup" option at checkout.
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Hours may vary during holidays.
